Robot Lawnmower Warranty Terms
1. Warranty Coverage:
1.1. The robot lawnmower (hereinafter referred to as “the Product”) is covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers the main robot unit, including its battery.
1.2. The charger included with the Product is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
1.3. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser (“the Customer”) and is non-transferable.
2. Warranty Exclusions:
2.1. The warranty does not cover tires, accessories (such as blades), or any cosmetic damage to the Product.
2.2. The warranty does not cover damage or malfunctions resulting from misuse, negligence, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, accidents, natural disasters, or any other circumstances beyond normal and intended use.
3. Routine Maintenance:
3.1. The Customer is responsible for performing routine maintenance on the Product as outlined in the manufacturer’s user manual. Routine maintenance includes tasks such as cleaning, inspection, and tightening of relevant components.
4. Return to Base Warranty:
4.1. In the event of a warranty claim, the Customer is responsible for returning the defective Product to the place of purchase or an authorized service center at their own expense.
4.2. The Product must be returned in its original packaging or packaging that provides equivalent protection to prevent damage during transportation.
5. Warranty Process:
5.1. To initiate a warranty claim, the Customer must provide a proof of purchase, including the purchase date and the serial number of the Product.
5.2. The warranty claim must be made within the applicable warranty period, as mentioned in Section 1.
5.3. The manufacturer or authorized service center will, at their discretion, repair or replace the defective parts or the entire Product. Replaced parts or the Product itself may be new or refurbished.
5.4. Any repaired or replaced parts will be covered by the remaining duration of the original warranty or 90 days from the date of repair/replacement, whichever is longer.
6. Limitations and Liabilities:
6.1. The manufacturer’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts or the Product itself, as described in Section 5.
6.2. The manufacturer shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or malfunction of the Product, including but not limited to loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use, or any other economic loss.
7. Other Conditions:
7.1. This warranty is in addition to any rights the Customer may have under consumer protection laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction.
7.2. The warranty terms outlined herein constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and the manufacturer, and no other representations, warranties, or commitments are expressed or implied.
By purchasing and using the Product, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this warranty, including the routine maintenance and annual service requirements. The manufacturer reserves the right to modify these warranty terms without prior notice.
