- Robomate will endeavour to ship as soon as possible. If the product is in stock, we will endeavour to ship within 16 working hours of receiving payment confirmation (or Direct Debit set up).
- If the product is showing as on back-order, please email (email@example.com) for confirmation of an estimated delivery date. We have consignments arriving every month so estimated delivery on back-ordered products is typically less than 30 days however confirmation is necessary.
- You must check your delivery for damage and note ‘to be inspected’ on the delivery receipt if you are unsure. If you do find damage or unsure, make sure to notify Robomate via phone or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 3 working days of any damage that may have been caused in shipping. Failure to do so may make you responsible for said damages.
- If your product arrives damaged, please do not use it until you have been in contact with a Robomate staff member and been instructed to do so.
- You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Any additional charges incurred as a result of an incorrect address will be due for payment by the customer prior to final delivery.
- Shipping is only available within New Zealand and to standard delivery addresses according to NZ Post.
- Please view our Returns and Refund policy before returning any products.
- Freight will be quoted at the cart stage of the online store.
- Unfortunately, we can’t ship to PO boxes and require a physical address.
