A mate you won’t want to return.

The below returns policy is valid from 16 May 2019 until it is updated.

Returns

As an online retailer we are subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act, and we will repair, replace or refund faulty goods sold. Simply get in touch with your proof of purchase, and we will arrange the most suitable solution.

Items cannot be returned due to change of mind. There are two exceptions: it may be explicitly included as a condition in your formal written quote or you may have purchased a Neato Vacuum with our 14-day return off – in either case it will be subject to the terms and time-frames of those separate agreements.

Cancellations

An order is confirmed by completing the online cart and checkout process and completing the process. At this point you have accepted the responsibility to pay for and take delivery of the goods selected.  Unfortunately, at this point we cannot accept cancellations of your order without written approval from a Robomate manager.
